Depending on who you ask, AI is either the end of civilization as we know it or it will fundamentally change every aspect of our world. Regardless of our opinions, it is here to stay and unlocks some amazing potential.

We have been working with AI models well before the latest craze and have experience with areas where it works great and areas where it is detrimental.

Fundamental to implementing any AI solution is security. AI creates interesting questions around data ownership and also has the ability to train on everything it can see. Because of this, we start by ensuring that your policies and infrastructure security are properly designed and implemented.

Once we have a solid security base, we work with you to figure out your business needs, toolsets and skillsets. From there, we map out which AI tools may be available, where they might make sense and where they don’t. Once we have that map, we collaborate with you to determine a business strategy for AI implementation. From there, we implement that strategy, bringing AI tools to your business, where they make sense.

For a little education, within AI tools, there are 3 major classes that we see:

• General AI LLMs – e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot, etc.
• Trained AIs – e.g. Microsoft CoPilot (When you are in O365), custom AI instances that are trained on your data, etc.
• Application Specific AIs – e.g. AI integrated into your line-of-business software, Adobe Cloud, etc.
