Placing Call On Hold

1. Placing a call on hold:
   • To place calls on hold press the Hold softkey. While a call is on hold, you can answer or place other calls. The held party will hear music, if configured to do so.
   • To toggle between two calls, use the navigation keys and press the Answer or Resume softkey.
   • To retrieve a call held on a different line, double press the flashing L1 or L2 key associated with the call on hold.
